Having watched several friends go thru the stressful process of selling their homes; the key thing I came away with is that the realtor must know the market of the neighborhood that you’re selling in. Donnie was/is that realtor. He was aware of everything on the market, the listing amounts and knew the selling amounts of the houses that had sold. This allowed for an accurate selling price.

Selling a home can be stressful but Donnie had expert knowledge of the process and handled everything very professionally. There were some minor things the buyer had requested and Donnie took care of those things immediately without us having to deal with them. The closing was well coordinated and his expertise made this process very smooth.
